Topic:   Using an assembly as a part in another assembly

We use one of our assemblies in another assembly. I've put the assembly as a part in the other assembly, when I finalise the build, MRP is deducting stock for the whole of the assembly (now used as a part), instead of just taking one final assembled piece.

Is there a way around this?

Classify the type of assembly as CSAS. This is a closed assembly and should resolve your issue
