Topic:   Sales Orders Overdue

By: GuestPosted on: Apr 1 2021 at 04:14:30 AM
When we view the customer orders list, we have some orders with multiple lines and mulitple due dates.

Some are showing in orange, as if late, once we have passed the due date. However these lines are showing Pending 0, i.e. they have been delivered - is this correct?

Thanks

No. That would sound like an error in the software. If that line of the order is delivered then the date of that line shouldn't cause it to appear overdue.

I'll have that checked.

Hello,

Was this looked at?

Thanks

I'm sorry. I think we misunderstood the original question. We spent quite a while looking at the list of orders and we weren't able to reproduce the problem. When you ship one or more rows on the order and return to the list of orders then the 'Required' date has changed to show the 'next' line/req date.

But I just checked again and now I notice that if, while viewing the list of orders, you click the little [+] button to expand the order/rows then, as you said, the 'due/overdue' colors are visible even if the row shows zero pending.

A minor glitch seeing as how the 'Pending' column shows that there's none waiting to be shipped but, I agree, those colors do draw your eye and they'd be better if they really did only highlight where necessary.

I'll have this fixed ASAP
