I wish to create a purchase order for Loc_A. When I create the PO (with LOC_A active), it shows up in Loc_B's Purchase Order List. How do I switch it from LOC_B's list to LOC_A's list?

There is an opportunity for some confusion here.
When you have MiniMRP open with no tabs. Before opening any tabs. Look at the bottom of the window and your see your "Current Location".
MiniMRP allows you to open multiple tabs and in many cases you can switch the tab to view things from a different location. So you could open a tab to view POs in one location and open a different tab to view POs in a different location. Switching the location inside a tab ONLY changes it for the activity within that one tab.
When you click the menu button to create a new PO it always creates it in the original current location
Remember. When you click the button to create a new PO it opens a new tab. Look in the bottom left corner of the new PO tab to see the location in which the new PO will be created.
