Looking to replace Trilogy "Parts and Vendors" program p&v but I'm a little confused by your pricing. Are you really saying that your price of $190 is a one off price or is that per month? Or what?

To be honest we haven't looked at P&V PARTS AND VENDORS or how they price their product.

But yes. Our price is $190 (one user) and it is a one off price. You only pay once. Price is lower if you buy more than one user.

Just wanted to come back and say we took a look at P&V. Their website doesn't show prices now so I can't comment on that but we've just made a tool that can import most of the Trilogy P&V data into MiniMRP.

What we can import.

- Inventory including supplier prices etc
- All Assembly Parts Lists including multilevel Parts lists (all levels)
- Customer data - Names, Address, contact details etc.
- Supplier data - Names, Address, contact details etc.
- Purchase Orders. All POs including incomplete POs.

It's fully automated. Just point it at a P&V data file and click.

We'll post the tool for free download on our website in a couple of days (Mid Feb 2016). Anyone interested in it before then please send us an eMail.

I've got a lot of incomplete purchase orders in P&V. Should I continue receiving those orders in P&V and use MiniMRP for new orders?

No need. MiniMRP imports even the incomplete P&V porders and they can be continued/received using minimrp

Hi Jason,
We are trying to implement multi users for P&V mini ERP for our company. Since we are not able to get new licences any longer and you are replacing P&V, are you willing to share you licences that you no longer use? We can share ours if needed. Please contact me at mikeg@embeddedsense.com if you are able to help us.

Thank you,

Mike G
