Topic: Prefix with Site ID

I have all four checked and saved, but when I go back in, only the checkboxes on one of the tabs are selected, and the other tab is unselected. Is this a bug? | |

I can only get Customer order to have the prefix to work. The others do not have a prefix, they only auto increment without the prefix. | |
