If I delete an old PO that shows I still had parts pending my shortages still shows an amount on order. Can I delete that old amount? If I click on the ! it doesn't show the PO any more but still shows Qty on order.

If it does that then it looks like an error in the software. We'll check this and release update quickly if necessary.

Install latest version - 5.0.19 or newer.
Then go to the very bottom of the program menu Database utilities/Check/Sync. Do a ReSync.
