Ever heard of WINE? W.I.N.E. Wine Is Not and Emulator. So, wine isn't a full virtual machine - it's a kind of compatibility layer that allows Mac machines to run Windows programs. Not 'all' windows programs. Just those that are well behaved.

In our office we have mainly Windows machines but designers think they're special and use Mac's. All sharing the exact same MiniMRP - not a special 'Mac' version, the exact same software on both types of machine.

In previous versions of minimrp we used virtual machines. couple of the guys still use VM for some things but mini v5 works great in WINE.

Install on Apple MacBook?

I tried it on Linux just for a test. Linux needs more command-line setup. But Wine on Mac is pretty much point and click. The Wine bundle we used includes WineTricks
