We do kit picks and final delivery audits with check lists. These check lists are derived from top and mid level BOMs. Is it possible to modify a report for a kit pick, such that there is a check off on each line and a signature/date line at the bottom for completeness? These check list also fulfill our ISO9001 requirements.

So a Pick/Kit list with boxes at the bottom of the last page for Date, Name and Signature.
We could do that in a future update.
Not sure about a checkbox on each line though (Is that what you mean? Is that really necessary?)
In the menu at the top of the BOM window is the option to underline each row. Couldn't you get the person picking to scribble notes or write a checkmark on each line as required?

What you want is a check for each line to assure they are kitted and read and then a review of the entire form to assure that it was completely kitted or that shortages were acceptable. It is an article record of a the kitting process. Currently we have to export to and XLS and then import into a word document. A form without an signature completion line and and line item check marks is not a form as it is already complete as there is no place to check.
