The only customization that's possible via setup is:-
Adding your company logo/image to the top left of the document.
Adding footer/text across bottom of some documents.

I thought this would be standard considering we can customize most other areas. Can this option be added in the new version.

To be able to add and customize columns like comments and also quantity of items ordered at first glance. Similar to the show/hide option elsewhere.

The problem with adding columns is that the width of a purchase order must fit on the page. If you were able to add just one more column then the print will overflow the page width and we'd be supporting users complaining that they can't print purchase orders.
Reduced support costs allows us to make a software package with a specific set of features at a specific price point.
I want to emphasise the the "Mini" in the product name. We believe, the kind of customisation you're asking for would add a level of complication that the majority of MiniMRP users have never asked for.

Completely understand. I was looking more for customization in list view of Customer Orders and Purchase Orders not anything that will need to be printed.

We may be happy to add more columns to the list views. Tell us what you want and if it's simply a case of exposing a few columns then we'll probably do that for you.

Thank you. To be able to see the Part Number and Quantity in the minimized view of Customer Orders without having to expand the view would be a great option for us and to be able to sort via part number and quantity would be a huge asset and a totals row at the bottom showing total of orders and total quantity. A part number column would also be great in Purchase Orders List.

Shipping instructions and purchasing terms (n/30, COD etc) are pretty standard parts of any purchase order. Is there a way to add these to the PO form?

In the 'Setup' you can add a footer to the bottom of the PO form.
Also at the bottom of the PO window is a 'Comments' box. You could paste something into that area.
