Is it posible to email purchase orders directly from the software, i can only see a print option? If you print to a PDF, then email, it will work, but then you have to look up the supplier's email - it's quite a long process.

First print the PO to PDF. Don't close the PO yet.
In the Purchase Order you see the supplier's name and address in the upper left of the PO window. Just to the right of the supplier's address box you see a small 'edit' button. Click that and it pops open the supplier's contact details including the email address. By the email address is a small 'Mail' button. Click that to pop open a new email with the supplier's email address already filled in.
Explaining that took a while but it's really just two quick clicks.
Email pops open and you can attach the PDF
