It would be convenient to be able to select a component or assembly and duplicate it. Especially an assembly, cloning the list of parts. When revising an assembly, I typically duplicate it and append an incrementing number to the end, which allows me to be able to maintain BOM trees for older revisions. Right now I export as CSV then re-import. Should be one click

For the benefit of anyone else finding this question.
When you're in the "Assembly Editor" go to the menu button and select "Save As" you can then save as a new assembly with different part number. The original remains unchanged.
This is perfect for making new revisions
