This document is the most confusing part of my order when a customer receives an order from us.

In the USA, this document is usually referred to as a PACKING LIST. Can the document or column headers be changed by the MRP user?

DELIVERY NOTE column headers very confusing, I take calls from customers all the time asking for explanation of the columns.

Two or three columns populate on the printed DELIVERY NOTE depending on if order is shipped in FULL or PARTIAL. Full shows two columns. Parts shows three columns.

Order Qty – Self-explanatory.

Done - Means previously shipped but the name does not indicate that. Should be something like PREVIOUSLY SHIPPED, ALREADY SHIPPED or similar.

Qty - This means nothing on document, should say Qty Shipped or Shipped Qty.
Maybe the issue is the document field is limited in characters that will print?

This DELIVERY NOTE needs improvement as most customers should not struggle to interpret it.

Update to the Done column. When viewing form and Done shows Done/Other. When you print, document only shows Done.

We are updating the documents so they can be printed landscape so columns can be wider.

I agree that they could be labelled better but, in all honesty, you are the only person to ever mention a problem with the column labels.

But, as I said. It is being improved in the next version early 2018.
