Is there a way to see the error logs? I'm receiving intermittent database connection error. Sometimes working and not.

We had this exact same question by email today - Company "Bish***" ?
Sorry We don't keep database logs.
Assuming you are "Bish***" You have been using the software for over 5 years. is this a new problem? Is this on all computers (you have 5 or more) or only on a recently installed one?
