What's the easiest wat to create a new empty database?

Quite easy.
The program usually installs it's database as a file
c:\program files(x86)\Minimrp5\Data\mrp5data
Make a backup copy of that file - assuming you want to keep it just in case you want to go back to it.
Then delete the original file.
Then reinstall MiniMRP.
You now have a completely empty database.
