We have been using (succesfully) to create work orders for vehicle conversion kits. Once WO is closed it is put into inventory and then we adjust quantity to zero for that assembly. Would like to know if there is any way of viewing list of completed Work Orders. Would be useful reporting tool for us

Yes.
When you view the list of works orders it initially shows the open/incomplete work orders.
But in the bottom right corner is a 'More' button. Just click that to get completed work orders.

Is there any way of hiding the view stock work orders once they are complete?

When you click the button to "View Stock Work Orders" it does not show works orders that are complete.
Are you saying that you click the "View Stock Work Orders" button and it shows completed work orders?
In the bottom right corner you see a 'More' button. Click that to see completed work orders but unless you click that it shouldn't show completed work orders.
How many InComplete work orders do you usually have?
