Just out of interest what kind of change would you want. A supplier's name and address is name and address. Why would you need to change that? | |

After the "Address" column there are four columns without names that are printed on the Purchase Order. One could use these columns to store additional information about a Supplier. For example, we use the last "unnamed" column to store the payment terms ("Net 30", "Credit Card") and our account number that we have established with the Supplier. | |
