If I'm not mistaken the 'Goods In' (receiving inbound goods) process does show the BIN location on the GRN (Goods Received) screen/printout.

Staff receiving the inbound goods are looking at the 'Goods In' page. Not the PO. The Goods In page is almost identical to the Purchase Order but the Goods In page DOES show the BIN location.

Thanks for your input.
I can't seem to print out the BIN locations for booking in purposes, The way we book in our incomming stock is to print out the order and mark it off until all goods are in store. we then take the form to the computer and book in the stock, having the bin location on the booking in form allows any staff member to put the stock straight into its location. I hope this makes sense. The other option is buy another computer and licsense for our inward goods area.

You're correct. The GRN (Goods Received Note) can not be printed until it's been saved. The reason for that s that we do not want you to be able to print a document showing goods received until they have actually been received and the database has been updated with the received quantities.

We can change this behaviour allowing the page, including BIN, to be printed 'BEFORE' the goods are received. But this print out wuld only be possible before any received quantities are entered.

Would that meet your requirements?
