I have been trying to 'Create New Components' and despite saving as I go, the components are not saving. I have also had difficulties in getting changes (like adding a new price to an item) to save. This appears to happen randomly and I was wondering if it is a known issue and if there is something I am possibly doing wrong or could do to fix the issue?

The first thing to try is "check resync compact" from the backup / restore menu
