Delivery/Shipping (To your customer)

From the main menu select [List Customer Orders] - we've circled it in the image below. and a list appears showing all customer orders that have not been completed (orders that have not yet been delivered to the customer).

 

 

To the left of each customer order is a small [>] arrow button which opens a small menu - see above - Select the option 'Deliver'.

The order appears showing all the original order quantities - below

 

Enter the quantity that you will deliver now. It does not need to be the same as the order quantity. You can deliver lower quantities and spread the total over any number of separate deliveries. In our example we're supplying a smaller quantity.

Click the save button when you're done and then the print buttons will become active allowing you to print the delivery document.
