what will the cost be to migrate to version 5 from 4 ? as we also want to add more users

If you purchased any previous version in 2017 or 2018 then upgrade to the equivalent v5 is zero cost.

If you purchased before 2017 then upgrade cost is same as always - $65 (USD) for one. $50 each if upgrading more than one.

We don't expect there to be any price change for buying new licences.
