I'm using version 4.2, I can't work out how to download/save any document i.e. PO's/invoices etc. Can't see this question has been asked before so maybe I'm being thick? I know I can print but that's not what I want really. Thanks. Mike.

Sorry. I'm not sure what you mean by "download" the documents.
But if you mean that you'd like a copy of the document perhaps as a PDF then all you need to do is "print" the document as a PDF file.
