We are using version 4. We deliver to addresses other than our customer's address. Once we change the address in the system, this new information becomes our customer's address. The older version did not change our customer's address. Is there a way to make sure the delivery address does not become the default address?

On the delivery document When you click that green 'down-arrow' button to the right of the customer name it pops up the actual customer's address record. If you edit that then you are of course editing the real customer's address.
To add an alternate delivery address - when you select the option to 'deliver' you see in the bottom left corner of the delivery document/window is a small 'NotePad' button. Click that and add the delivery address.
